Elephant Buckle up buttercup you just flipped my witch switch shirt is ridiculously overpriced. We had a hard time finding a place we could afford 5 years ago. But I’m not getting how a HH combined income of 150k+ is complaining here. To me it sounds like quite a few people have a financial planning problem and less of a problem with the market….. we bought our place in our late 20s just outside of the GTA but both had accumulated savings from our 20s. We also took advantage of the RRSP first time homebuyers program to dip into our locked up savings for the down payment. A lot of people only make lol 50k a year….. those are the people who are priced out. That’s the scary part is how quickly values went up. Well here in Montreal anyways… While we might have been undervalued for ages some of the prices are absolutely insane. My sister in law purchased her home for 299k in 2008, she just had it appraised at 890K with renovations she’s done over the last 10 years which were maybe 100k over that period. The stack of relator cards left in the front door is laughable, my bro in law and I were outside while one walked up. Said has a buyer immediately and would charge 3% vs 5% commission.

Best Elephant Buckle up buttercup you just flipped my witch switch shirt
I only Elephant Buckle up buttercup you just flipped my witch switch shirt at ridiculously bad horror movies that are still endeavoring to be serious. I dont think of it as a lack of imagination, but the writers failure to make the movie scary for me. Im just one person so no issue for them.Hereditary was the biggest offender. That movie was so dull and hamfisted when it wasnt that I almost excused myself from the theater for laughing. Grave encounters on the other hand! Had me on the edge of my seat.I forget the exact phrase, but with almost any movie you have to like suspend your disbelief, you know? like, just sit down, enjoy a movie, and whatever. Having said that, and if I’m being honest, my wife and I are opposites with movies, and for the life of me I can’t sit through a romantic comedy or Hallmark Christmas movie with her and not be like holy Christ, could this movie just try and have some grasp on reality? so I’m every bit as guilty.

I really, really enjoyed Elephant Buckle up buttercup you just flipped my witch switch shirt. I thought that the whole way through it was extremely entertaining. Some parts were “better made” than others, but it was consistently engaging and that’s the most important thing for a piece of media. I didn’t laugh the movie for the most part. My buddy and I were making jokes the whole time, so we were laughing, but not reallythe film. Then a certain scene happened. Very light, vague spoilers. There’s a moment where a certain corporeal being turns up during an especially intense segment. That being begins running at a character. Then, that being falls and bangs its head incredibly hard on a table. Immediately, I uncontrollably burst into laughter at that moment. Not because it was , not because it was bad, not because I felt like I was better than the movie. No, it was just a genuine moment of “this thing that just happened was fucking hilarious”. Looking back, I don’t know if it was supposed to be funny. But goddamn, it felt like it was intentional to me. This wasn’t a “laughing at thing what’s supposed to be scary but isn’t because I’m too brave for it”, it was a campy, goofy, fantastic moment that made me genuinely appreciate the film so much more. It really cemented that movie as just being a fun ass time, even if it wasn’t as conventionally “good” as the two movies before it.
